The challenge with the Response Ready app was its intricate navigation and unintuitive design. Users encountered difficulty in finding essential features, resulting in frustration and inefficiencies when managing medical inventory.
Our Streamline Process

What We Did
We implemented secure sign-in, developed a comprehensive dashboard, created detailed device management pages, enabled QR/barcode inspection checks, added reporting and relocation features, managed first aid cabinets, confirmed supply installation, integrated training videos, and included sign-out functionality, settings, and educational resources.

We achieved a seamless companion app, enhancing the usability of AED Total Solution. Users efficiently manage devices on the go, and graphical compliance tracking promotes better program adherence and increased accessibility to critical information.
